Once your application has been assessed, you will receive one of three decision types:
- Approval
- Approval – with conditions where appropriate
- Refusal – appeals procedures may be appropriate under IPA
Councils will notify you in writing of your approval to conduct your operation as proposed and inform you of your obligations and conditions under the approval.
Council will also inform you of a failure to obtain approval, and there are a number of appeal options available under IPA. Council will inform you of these should you require them.
